Postdoc (E 13) positions
The postdoc positions are offered from different groups collaborating in VIROQUANT: High-Throughput siRNA-Screening, Virology, Modeling and Simulation, Data Analysis and Informatics. For the following projects, more detailed information is available:
Hamprecht: Two PostDoc Positions in Image Processing
Candidates will participate in two large systems biology consortiums funded by the BMBF and the HGF, respectively. They will cooperate closely with our experimental partners from Heidelberg University, the DKFZ, EMBL, and MPI for medical research in the automated analysis of ultra-high-throughput microscopic imagery. The positions are available for up to 3.5 and 5 years. Successful candidates will have experience in image processing, machine learning or related fields and are expected to participate in the supervision of junior group members.
